Wonderbox: The Adventure Maker

3D Adventure game inspired by Zelda with a focus on creation and sharing of user-made adventures. Developed by Aquiris on the Unreal Engine

Worked from 2022 to 2023, when I helped improve multiplayer aspects of the game, created and balanced many gameplay mechanics and built levels for the game’s campaign

Work made in a team of 4 Game Designers and a Creative Director. Whole team had around ~50 people, split on teams of 10 to 20 people each. I was in charge of the onboarding of 4 Game Designers throughout the project. In a given moment I lead a team in the development of a big multiplayer increment

Through the project I worked with progression and multiplayer systems, leading a team of around 10 developers during the entire initial concept of the needed base system for the implementation of those objectives. My focus eventually migrated to Gameplay, where I followed the development of many gameplay mechanics, including enemies, tools, weapons and other interactive elements. Work made along with gameplay programmers, illustrators, technical artists, VFX artists and audio engineers. In a given moment, I worked in the overhaul and creation of new campaigns for the game, with a focus on level design

Despite all the development made though this time, the update that would have introduced all of these increments I worked on was never released
